The bus will only run on Sundays for our Sunday Sessions Live Music events from 12pm – 5pm
Pick Up Times:
Pick-ups are scheduled hourly at:
- 5.00pm
- 6.00pm
- 7.00pm
Please note that when you book a pick-up for one of these time slots, it does not mean you will be collected at that exact time. Your pick-up will occur within approximately 15–30 minutes of the scheduled time, depending on the number of bookings and the route the driver takes.
Drop Off Times:
Drop-offs commence from 8.00pm and will operate hourly until 11.00pm, depending on patronage.
Please remember that our courtesy bus is a complimentary service provided by Seaforth Bowls Club. It is not a taxi service, and all pick-ups and drop-offs operate according to the scheduled times.

- Ball Bay
- Cape Hillsborough
- Mt Jukes (Seaforth side of the range)
How It Works
- The Courtesy Bus is available to members and visitors of Seaforth Bowls Club.
- A maximum of 10 passengers can be on board at any time.
- Simply call the club to book your seat and arrange your pickup.

Courtesy Bus Terms and Conditions
Courtesy Bus Terms and Conditions are as follows:
- Members and visitors of Seaforth, Haliday Bay, Ball Bay, Cape Hillsborough through to the Seaforth side of the range at Mt Jukes are eligible to use the courtesy bus service.
- Children under 4 years of age are NOT permitted on the bus as they are not covered by insurance.
- It is mandatory that children aged between 4 – 6 use a booster seat to travel on the courtesy bus. Booster seats must be supplied by the patron.
- Unaccompanied children are prohibited from using the courtesy bus service, an adult must ride with them.
- All patrons boarding and disembarking the bus must be physically able as assistance is not provided.
- Bookings are essential and are subject to change at any given time.
- A maximum of ten passengers are allowed on the bus at any time.
- The bus driver is permitted to refuse entry on the bus, abuse towards the driver and or any other patrons will not be tolerated.
- Seaforth Bowls Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury by any person in connection with this service.
- Participation of this service confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The decisions of management of Seaforth Bowls Club are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
